Founded in 2021, our mission is to provide clients with private, dynamic, and innovative and best-in-class security solutions with a customer serviced based model that our valued clients have come to trust and rely on. Our personnel boast well over 300 years of combined law enforcement, military and first responder service, plus 52 years of security service in high-risk locations, medical facilities, college
campuses, etc., which allows us to offer unparalleled premium security services with attention to detail that is second to none.

PSS proudly boasts less than a 5% turnover rate! We achieve this through a unique approach in recruiting. Since we offer a premium service, we attract exceptionally experienced candidates and offer a competitive pay rate. Many of our competitors employ minimally screened and trained guards. Our rigorous screening process allows us to identify talented candidates that embody characteristics and traits necessary for the PSS team to be successful. Most of our staff are recommendations from other employees or industry colleagues. That is why our employees are referred to as Security Specialists.

Founder and CEO, Jeff Cragg, is an industry veteran, now retired from St. Paul Police Department, who served with distinction for 16 years in law enforcement. He is a proven leader with a unique and effective leadership style respected personally and professionally by colleagues. Jeff's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is evident in his unconventional customer-centric business models. His entrepreneurial acumen enables him to identify new opportunities and synergies while simultaneously fostering steady growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Jeff holds a MA in Public Safety & Law Enforcement from the University of Saint Thomas, Saint Paul, and a BS in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University, Minneapolis. He embodies a strong belief in loyalty and professional integrity which supports an exemplary work ethic dedicated to high performance.
